2019 BOSDFF

The first ever Boston Drone Film Festival was held on November 15th and 16th in Boston, Massachusetts. BOSDFF was founded by our aerial photo and video production studio, Above Summit, in 2019 to provide a platform to celebrate the achievements of the world’s best aerial photography, cinematography, and 360 creative work.

The Grand Prize Winner of the 1ST BOSDFF is Jan Verhaeren’s film “Suspended”. He will be traveling with the Above Summit crew for a 10 Day Road Trip across the Southwest USA to film dune buggies, motocross, and aerial sports.

The 2019 Film Screening was held at WGBH’s Calderwood Studios.

The 2019 Drone Camp was held at Red Sky Studios.

The 2019 Drone Camp was held at Red Sky Studios on November 16th from 10 AM - 7 PM. Throughout the day we held 8 workshops, 3 demonstrations, and 2 panel discussions about important topics within the drone industry. All the workshops, demos and panels were led by leaders within the industry and professionals on the topic of discussion.
